Feeling Is the First Step

We’ve been taught that every feeling has a reason and that it’s serious. That we must understand why we feel what we feel. Who caused it. What experience triggered it. And how to fix it. This can send us on long, mind-made journeys that only lead to more mental loops. Trying to solve emotional states with thoughts instead of presence.

Psychology often leads us into our minds and our past, guiding us to dig for answers. If we can just remember what happened to us as children, or what someone once did, maybe the pain will disappear.
But here’s the thing: even after years of therapy, even after naming and understanding the stories, we still often feel the same pain. We want to get rid of it. To take it out and throw it away.
But the truth is much simpler than that.

What You Feel Is Not a Problem

Pain isn’t the problem. Rejection is.
When we say, “I don’t want to feel this anymore,” we’re pushing the pain away. And rejection gives pain more power. Suppressed pain doesn’t vanish, it sinks deeper.
The first step? Accept that it’s there.

Pain has a reason for showing up. It’s here to show us something. Sometimes we understand the lesson, sometimes not. Let the “why” reveal itself in time. Your only job is not to fight the feeling. Just acknowledge: “It’s here. And that’s okay.”

All Is Energy

What we call pain is just energy.
Joy, excitement, grief, sadness, anger, they’re all the same energy expressing itself through different filters. Some of these expressions feel heavy (dense), and some feel uplifting (light).

Dense emotions like anger or sorrow feel sticky and tend to linger. And while we let joy move freely through us, we often resist the darker ones. That’s when they get stuck, in our body, in our mind, in our field.

“Joy, excitement, grief, sadness, anger, they’re all the same energy expressing itself through different filters”

Moving the Energy

The key to moving energy is taking responsibility.
If you’re feeling dense, angry, sad, jealous, it’s yours to tend to. Not someone else’s fault. Not a story to hold onto.

Taking responsibility means saying: “This is mine. And I’m making time to be with it.”
Learn to sit with the emotion, to feel it, we are used to distract our selves, with the phone or Netflix but be still, sit, fell how it feels in the body, feel the uncomfort, it wont kill you, look at it, in which part of the body doest it stay? sit with it, get to know it.

Once you give it space and acknowledgement. Here are some ways to help the energy move:

1. Shake

Put on music. Let your body move wildly, without thinking. Shake your arms, legs, head. Let it all go. Shaking helps the nervous system release stuck tension.

2. Hit the Pillow

A classic for a reason. Grab a pillow and let out your anger. Scream. Hit. Let the energy move through your body in a safe, conscious way. Make sur eyou dont heart yourself or anyone around you. It might seem wied, I know, but it is highly efective

3. Aspecting

Sit in front of a pillow. Imagine the pillow is your emotion, your pain, sadness, anger. Start a conversation. Ask: “Why are you here? What do you want me to know? what do you have to say?”

Then switch places. Sit in front of the first pillow and speak as the emotion. Let it talk freely. Don’t think, just express. Keep switching back and forth until something shifts.
Once your done sit in stillness and let sink in whatever your expereince was.

4. Journal

Take it to paper. Let it all out with no filters. Don’t worry about making sense, just write what comes. The paper can take it all.

Your Inner Alchemy

There’s nothing wrong with feeling what you feel. The more we resist it, the more it persists.
The moment we accept it, we make space for it to begins to move. Your emotions are not a burden. They’re a gateway, a gateway to your healing and better life.

In today’s world, many people carry stuck emotions and unconsciously react from them. They act out of their wounds, believing these reactions are the truth. But they’re not the reality, just a personal one, shaped by old beliefs. Beliefs that can and will shift over time.

This plays out everywhere, in our communities, relationships, and families. It’s how we connect, and often, how we get hurt. But once we learn to feel what’s happening inside and tend to it, it becomes a practice. I’m not saying it’s easy. Dealing with pain rarely is. But we came here to experience this, to feel the shadow side of polarity and transmute it.

“We are leaders of change. And that change starts within.”

Each wound we tend to creates space, for the next one to arise, and the next. Each wound we heal creates space. For what, you ask? Whatever you choose. I choose love. How about you?
