Love in all Its forms
Most times, when we talk about love, we think of romantic love. I’m not going to define love because, honestly, words can’t really capture it. It’s something we feel, something we express. I also don’t claim to fully understand it, but when I do feel it, I recognize its beauty.
Since we’re not always fully open, carrying layers of protection, conditioning, and ideas – this love energy only partially shines through us. It’s felt in glimpses, sometimes fully in our bodies, sometimes just as a whisper.
But love isn’t just one thing. It takes many forms, and when we start noticing them, we realize how surrounded by love we actually are.
Here are some ways love manifests:
⭐ Brotherhood love – The deep trust and support between men who see and hold space for each other.
⭐ Parenthood love – Selfless love of giving without asking. (In essence)
⭐ Self-love – The foundation of all love – the way we care for ourselves, speak to ourselves, and show up for our own needs.
⭐ Animal love – The pure bond between us and the creatures who love without the layers of conditioning.
⭐ Friendship love – The kind of love that feels like togetherness and trust.
⭐ Universal love – The energy that connects all beings, beyond names, roles, and relationships.
⭐ Nature love – The silent, deep connection we feel in the presence of mountains, oceans, trees.
“When we pay attention to all these expressions of love, we feel it expands in our lives”
There are more, always more. And when we pay attention to all these expressions of love, we feel it expands even more. The more we notice, the more we feel it. And the more we feel it, well – what else do we really wish for?

The truth is, the world we see around us is just a reflection of what’s alive in us. If I carry sadness and resentment, that’s what I’ll see everywhere. If I invite love, kindness, and good intentions, that’s what I’ll find, even in life’s challenges, even in the darkest corners.
It’s all happening inside of us. And ultimately, the world we live in is our choice. Do we choose fear and scarcity, or love and trust?
So, how do we shift? How do we change our reality? I believe it starts with self-love. The more I love and care for myself, the more my way of being shifts – the more my energy, my presence, my experience of life transforms. Change happens from the inside out.
I’ve talked (and will keep talking) about how to bring more self-love into daily life, but here’s a simple reminder:
⭐ Giving myself time to rest without guilt.
⭐ Speaking to myself with kindness, even when I mess up.
⭐ Making space for joy, for slowness, for pleasure, for sadness, anger – whatever comes with no judgment.
⭐ Moving my body in ways that feel nourishing, not punishing.
⭐ Wearing clothes that feel good on my skin
⭐ Eating in a way that feels nourishing (without always needing to be ‘perfectly’ healthy)

We’ve been taught that every feeling has a reason and that it’s serious. That we must understand why we feel what we feel. Who caused it. What experience triggered it. And how to fix it. This can send us on long, mind-made journeys that only lead to more mental loops. Trying to solve emotional states […]
Read moreWe are often taught to value productivity over presence and strength over vulnerability. In this context, the concept of self-love is completely nonexistent. What is self-love? How do I know I love myself, and why is it important? Self-love is an ongoing process of connecting and accepting myself, my inner world, and my decision-making. I […]
