SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
gentl kindly ask for 1 to 2 business days to receive and process your order.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. If you don’t receive a confirmation email from us after 48h (Mon – Fri) please contact hello@wearegentl.com so we can make sure the order as been made properly
Standard shipping with the cost of €5 is applied Spain. Europe shipping cost of €8 is applied to the rest of Europe:
Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Norway, Switzerland.
Shipping to Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Rest of the World will have an additional €18 for shipping cost.
Shipping is free when the order is €90 or more for Europe and UK, 40€ or more for Spain and 140€ or more to the rest of the world.
Gentl is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping and deliveries made by the carrier since we’re using a 3rd party carrier.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Some orders might be charged with customs fees once they arrive in the country of destination. Please be aware that you are the only one responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs and at delivery.
Due to BREXIT shipments for the UK could suffer some delay or you might have to pay duty fees. Please check with your local customs.
RETURNS
Gentl wants you to have the perfect fit and size and as we know, with basics, these can vary. Please make sure to look at the size guide and for an questions you can always rich out to us.
We also want you to have the most genuine experience with gentl but for sanitary reasons underwear and socks cannot be returned. If you purchased an item and, for any reason, you would want to return it, you can contact us and if applicable, return the item to the address below for recycle reasons and we could re-embrace you for further purchase.

you can return items up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item does not meet the return policy requirements, we hold the right to deny Refunds
We will notify you of course of the approval or rejection of your refund.
To receive the items back, you will have to cover the delivery cost.
The gentl gift card is non refundable but you can contact us in case you’re interested in a specific amount that is not available in the card options.
