We work with people
Gentl wouldn't come to life if it wasn't for the people we work with. All our partners (designer, manufacturers, material suppliers, photographer, content creators…) are Spain or Portugal based. We keep it close so we could create a personal long term relationship within the gentl circle. We make sure that the people we work with are aligned with the basic gentl values of positive vibe, quality and well being. During the work process it's highly important to keep a respectful and friendly relationship so it benefits all, specially when things go sideways. This way gentl's energy creates a positive aura around it that effect the people that are engaged with it. This is gentl's subtle, yet effective way of creating a positive impact on the social environment.
Spreading the good
Giving back and doing good, as we believe, is the most effective way to grow and move forward. gentl fund is a savings fund that accumulates money from sales, so for each item that is being sold, part of it goes to the fund. We are constantly looking for organizations to whom we can contribute our humble gesture. This way the gentl clientele directly supports a higher cause. environment
Sustainable materials
Our organic cotton for the underwear and socks is made in Portugal. (Socks cotton has the GOTS certification). Linen is made in Spain and has the OEKO-TEX (European textile standard), BCI and the European flax certification.
Responsible manufacturing
Gentl manufactures its garments in Spain and in Portugal. We made sure that we work with manufacturers that give importance to values, honor work environment and conditions and seek to ensure that goods and services are produced in a way that minimizes both waste and pollution.
Recycled packaging
Packaging is made by recycled cardboard with no lamination and inside, to ensure the garment is kept clean, we use recycled rice paper. Packages are wrapped for delivery with recycled paper bags to ensure no plastic use. All materials can be easily recycled or reused.
Delivered with intention
We ship with local couriers directly to your home. Every package is manually wrapped and packed with care and kind intention. Inside of each package, a postcard of love and care is holding our intention, affecting directly the one who opens it.
